Futher to Edinburgh Curling Club's email this morning that shutdown has now been extended to 9th Nov - we didn’t have any matches planned for the coming week so no change for us but we do have a match scheduled for 10th November which will go ahead as planned unless extended again so will keep informed. Curling Postponed

Formal confirmation the rink will not reopen until the 2nd November at the earliest. This means the games scheduled for the Saturday 31 October [Pairs] and Sunday 1st November are cancelled. We now have 3 matches postponed due to the current restrictions. We are initially looking to reschedule them to later in the season, probably into 2021. Dave will check out dates and times and email the respective rinks/players to agree suitable alternatives.

Covid 19

Dear All

It is essential that you check the new protocols that will be required at Murrayfield for the start of this season.

We have added a 'Return to Curling' Video which can be accessed through the link on the right headed LINKS or by clicking here.

We have also had a Risk Assessment carried out which is contained on the COVID Tab above.  Please read through this as it outlines all the necessary actions/proceedures that you will need to follow at the start of this season.  There is also a handy 'symptoms' guide to help distinguish the common symptoms of Covid v Cold v Flu.

IT IS ASSUMED, BY THE CLUB THAT YOU HAVE ALL READ AND UNDERSTOOD YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.
